Job Summary

Owning the performance and development of the SDR team, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will build systems and coaching structures to drive high-quality pipeline generation while collaborating closely with sales leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of SDRs, focusing on ramp, performance management, and growth
  • Establish and maintain the team's daily operating rhythm, including coaching and performance reviews
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to inform coaching priorities and strategies
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record managing or leading SDRs or BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience building and sustaining a high-performance culture
  • Background in an early-stage or scaling startup with real-time system adaptation
  • A genuine sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly in dynamic conditions
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
