Job Summary

Leading a team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives, the full-time Sales Development Manager will drive the growth of the sales pipeline across the AMER region while fostering a collaborative culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of SDRs, focusing on talent acquisition and career progression
  • Maintain operational rigor and drive a predictable business through effective reporting and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market plans for pipeline generation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • 1+ years of experience managing a high-performing Sales or Sales Development organization in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments with hybrid remote and in-office teams
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams selling complex technical products
  • Subject matter expertise in developing pipeline programs to drive revenue
