Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Sales Development Manager will oversee the inbound and outbound SDR motion, focusing on training and coaching staff, developing effective lead strategies, and driving a predictable sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach a team of SDRs to ensure quality lead sourcing and support for nonprofits
- Develop and iterate on outreach strategies, including emails and call talk tracks, to optimize engagement with multiple ideal customer profiles
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps teams to streamline lead processes and enhance reporting and automation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an individual contributor in an SDR role
- 2+ years of SDR management experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, with technical knowledge preferred
- Experience with CRM reporting tools, preferably Hubspot, and data insights platforms like Gong or Chorus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and optimize processes
