Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Sales Development Manager will oversee the inbound and outbound SDR motion, focusing on training and coaching staff, developing effective lead strategies, and driving a predictable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and coach a team of SDRs to ensure quality lead sourcing and support for nonprofits
  • Develop and iterate on outreach strategies, including emails and call talk tracks, to optimize engagement with multiple ideal customer profiles
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps teams to streamline lead processes and enhance reporting and automation
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an individual contributor in an SDR role
  • 2+ years of SDR management experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, with technical knowledge preferred
  • Experience with CRM reporting tools, preferably Hubspot, and data insights platforms like Gong or Chorus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and optimize processes
