Job Summary

Partnering with the Director of Sales Development, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will create and implement targeted territory development plans, coach a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, and drive the generation of a quality sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing SDRs through targeted programs and individualized mentorship
  • Creating and executing territory development plans in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline by guiding prospecting and qualifying efforts
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of Sales Development leadership experience in the software/technology sector or 18+ months as a Sales Development Representative with a stretch assignment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
  • 1+ year of experience analyzing data to develop successful sales prospecting plans
  • 1+ year in a closing sales role (e.g., Account Executive) in SaaS
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals to improve performance
