Job Summary
Driving top-of-funnel growth, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will lead the SDR team to optimize outreach strategies, develop early-career sales talent, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals while ensuring they articulate the company's value proposition effectively
- Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to produce high-quality opportunities, collaborating with Marketing and Sales Leadership
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable feedback to enhance prospecting efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing SDR teams in a SaaS healthcare organization with a proven record of success
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience managing a remote team
- Track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline creation
- Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, passionate about developing early-career sales professionals
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to achieve joint success
