Job Summary
Leading a team of Strategic Partnerships Associates, the full-time Sales Development Manager will coach, manage pipeline targets, and execute sales playbooks in a remote environment to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of SPAs, overseeing daily activities and long-term career growth
- Run team cadences, including pipeline reviews, call shadowing, and performance check-ins
- Monitor metrics and coach the team to close gaps while partnering with Marketing and Account Executives for lead management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B sales development, with at least 1 year of team management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team pipeline targets
- Strong coaching instincts with the ability to provide actionable feedback
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Intellectual curiosity about higher education or edtech is preferred
