Job Summary
Building and leading sales development efforts, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will create a data-driven outbound motion, manage initial outreach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives once the process is established.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy, including prospecting, qualification, and messaging
- Run outbound sales personally before hiring, ensuring the playbook is effective and proven
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, messaging, and reporting to track top-of-funnel activity
Required qualifications
- Experience managing SDRs or inside sales reps with a proven track record in outbound sales development
- Strong builder's instinct with a willingness to perform foundational tasks personally
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and familiarity with AI automation tools
- Ability to create structured processes and accountability in a fast-growing environment
- Experience with technical buyers and a background in security, infrastructure, or developer tools is a plus
