Job Summary

To support growth in the vitamin and supplement category, the hybrid Sales Development Manager will engage in B2B sales to brick-and-mortar retailers, focusing on opening new accounts, reactivating inactive retailers, and driving reorders through relationship-building and product education.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively outbound call prospective and inactive retail accounts
  • Educate retailers on product benefits and secure opening orders for new wholesale accounts
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline in CRM while collaborating with field sales and marketing teams
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years of inside or outbound sales experience, preferably in the natural products industry
  • Experience with supplements or wellness brands and a passion for health and nutrition
  • Deep understanding of the natural and health food retail channel
  • Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
