Job Summary
Leading a high-impact Sales Development team, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will drive outbound pipeline generation, develop multi-channel strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and engagement with high-intent buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound pipeline generation across target segments, focusing on developers and product teams
- Build and optimize multi-channel outbound strategies to engage high-fit prospects
- Design and implement scalable training, playbooks, and KPIs to ensure consistent SDR performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role at a developer-focused SaaS company
- Deep expertise in outbound strategy tailored to technical buyers
- Proven track record of scaling SDR teams in high-growth environments
- Understanding of product-led funnels and activating outbound campaigns based on in-product behavior
- Experience with SDR tech stack, including Salesforce and Outreach
