Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Partner to enhance seller success and drive performance within their sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding programs for new sellers and design advanced enablement for experienced sellers
- Champion new tools and processes, ensuring high adoption rates and compliance
- Collaborate with various teams to align enablement initiatives with business goals and track impact on revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales enablement, sales coaching, or quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Practical experience using and coaching on AI tools in a sales context is preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales with account management experience
- Strong leadership orientation and commitment to teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in business or a comparable field is highly preferred
