Job Summary

To lead a high-performing team, the remote Sales Development Rep Manager will hire, onboard, and develop BDRs across North America, set performance targets, and implement strategic processes to enhance team efficiency and output.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring, onboarding, and development of BDRs while setting individual and team performance targets
  • Own the BDR playbook and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to align efforts and ensure CRM accuracy
  • Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members, reporting on pipeline generation and team KPIs to sales leadership
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in BDR management or team lead roles
  • Proven experience in building or scaling BDR teams and achieving pipeline targets
  • Familiarity with outbound-led go-to-market motions and complex buying cycles
  • Strong coaching capabilities with a focus on developing team members
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with experience in sales engagement platforms
