Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel engagement within Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage inbound leads and proactively prospect into enterprise and commercial accounts
  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences and support Sales with account intelligence
  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads from events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (SaaS, training, or B2B preferred)
  • Curiosity about business agility, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise learning
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows and outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and activities in a fast-paced environment
