Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel engagement within Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and proactively prospect into enterprise and commercial accounts
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences and support Sales with account intelligence
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads from events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (SaaS, training, or B2B preferred)
- Curiosity about business agility, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise learning
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows and outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and activities in a fast-paced environment
