Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted prospecting using multi-channel outreach including cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery to uncover pain points
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and contribute to process optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales, preferably in EdTech SaaS
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and experience with complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
  • Highly motivated and coachable, with aspirations to grow into a closing role
  • Understanding of pipeline building and sales metrics
