Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospecting using multi-channel outreach including cold calls and emails
- Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery to uncover pain points
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and contribute to process optimization
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales, preferably in EdTech SaaS
- Proven track record of quota attainment and experience with complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
- Highly motivated and coachable, with aspirations to grow into a closing role
- Understanding of pipeline building and sales metrics
