Job Summary
To convert high-volume inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue, the full-time Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads, conduct qualification conversations, and educate prospects on product capabilities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across various segments
- Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers
- Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a client-facing role
- Experience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferred
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, low-ego approach
