Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage prospective clients in key financial services verticals, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive net-new pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting and early-stage engagement across target verticals
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach to generate engagement and book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Own initial prospect conversations to assess fit, interest, timing, and alignment; qualify leads before handing off to senior sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or similar B2B outbound sales development role
- Strong focus on pure cold outbound prospecting to generate net-new pipeline
- Proven track record executing high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience building pipeline from scratch in greenfield territories or new verticals
- Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
