Job Summary
As a full-time Sales Development Representative, the candidate will conduct outbound prospecting to engage potential customers and generate interest in the company's Customer Experience Assurance platform while working remotely and collaborating with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers through various channels
- Build relationships with prospective customers and qualify leads against established criteria
- Research target accounts and maintain accurate prospect information within the CRM system
Required qualifications
- A genuine interest in building a career in technology sales
- Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve goals
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside traditional business hours
