Job Summary

Driving pipeline growth remotely, the full-time Sales Development Representative will execute outbound prospecting campaigns, generate qualified meetings, and conduct initial discovery conversations to advance prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through various outreach channels
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the School Relations team
  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations with district and school stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, or education-related roles
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Comfortable engaging customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
