Job Summary
To support the sales development process for the Distribution team in Closures, the full-time Sales Development Representative will manage customer requests, provide exceptional service, and grow small accounts while working remotely, preferably from Mukwonago, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the sales development process by managing customer requests for quotes and samples
- Deliver high levels of customer service and support issue resolution through internal coordination
- Analyze sales data and customize views relevant to customer type and region
Required qualifications
- College or university degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
- 1-3 years of experience within a sales organization
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity
- Ability to work independently and across functions internally
