Job Summary

To support the sales development process for the Distribution team in Closures, the full-time Sales Development Representative will manage customer requests, provide exceptional service, and grow small accounts while working remotely, preferably from Mukwonago, WI.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the sales development process by managing customer requests for quotes and samples
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and support issue resolution through internal coordination
  • Analyze sales data and customize views relevant to customer type and region
Required qualifications
  • College or university degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
  • 1-3 years of experience within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and across functions internally
