Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDR/Sales & Research Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize tools to identify potential clients within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Conduct cold outreach through emails and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
• Gather insights on industry trends and maintain accurate CRM records of lead activity

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
• Experience using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
