Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative for the US East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage key decision-makers through multi-touch cold outreach and book qualified meetings for account executives
- Proactively manage inbound leads and ensure quick response times to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in the East Coast Time zone
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience as a Sales Development Representative in the technology/SaaS space
- Demonstrable experience achieving and exceeding sales targets (KPIs)
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections
