Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - O&PS.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate outbound phone-based sales leads and engage with prospective buyers
• Ensure data quality in opportunity and account records and assist in tactical planning of sales promotions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead qualification processes and coordinate email campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound phone-based account development, sales, or customer service
• Energetic and results-oriented with a passion for selling
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Confidence to interact with decision makers at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and email engagement strategies
