Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative - Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue leads from marketing campaigns through outreach calls and emails
• Engage potential clients with targeted outreach efforts, including calls and personalized messages
• Track and report all activities in Salesforce to ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in B2B, Inside Sales, or Business Development; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Previous sales or telephone prospecting experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
