Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound outreach for smooth handoffs to Sales Directors and Account Executives
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools to track lead progression and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Monitor key sales metrics, assist with reporting, and provide insights on pipeline health for data-driven decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends or inefficiencies in sales operations
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Experience with analytics, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), SQL, or sales automation tools is preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced sales environment is advantageous
