Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and engagement with inbound leads
• Engage with salon and spa owners to share how the product can support their growth
• Meet weekly outreach targets and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve the buyer journey

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred, but not required
• 0-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation experience
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
• Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is ideal
