Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at mid-to-enterprise-level companies
  • Use multi-channel outreach to drive interest and book discovery meetings
  • Educate prospects on the unique value of proactive mental health support
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role at a high-growth company
  • Proactive and creative approach to prospecting and engaging decision-makers
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • High sense of urgency and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: Understanding of the employee benefits space is a plus
