Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the SaaS Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new enrollment of service professionals
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate interest
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads while tracking progress in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience as an SDR or similar role (mid-market experience preferred)
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Strong self-discipline and time management skills
