Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - LATAM-Based (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds promptly to inbound leads and qualifies them using a scorecard
  • Books qualified calls for the founder or account executive and follows up with leads
  • Maintains CRM notes and initiates warm outbound campaigns to marketing managers
Required Qualifications
  • Based in LATAM with fluent English and a neutral/light accent
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Highly organized and self-accountable in CRM use
  • Coachable and consistent, with the ability to follow up effectively
  • Comfortable communicating on Zoom or phone with a warm tone
