Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to the new business sales team, managing inbound and outbound client inquiries
  • Manage top of funnel lead generation and maintain CRM systems
  • Conduct research and compile data to drive sales actions


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Development in a software-focused environment
  • Experience or familiarity with the Education sector in Canada and the United States
  • Aptitude for using CRM tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Client-centric approach with a passion for lead generation
