Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Spanish (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage trial users, inactive leads, and churned customers to guide them toward activation or re-subscription
  • Qualify and route inbound leads to the appropriate Solutions Consultants, especially in the SMB segment
  • Drive outbound efforts by contacting cold prospects and booking meetings for SCs ahead of key events
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled sales/support role
  • Experience with outbound sales and cold calling
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the product's value to different customer segments
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong CRM hygiene
  • Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and proactively drive progress
