Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Assistant Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warm outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to re-engage dormant leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand prospect needs and close business
- Utilize Salesforce to manage outreach activity and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer success, or related fields
- Results-oriented and motivated by metrics, growth, and achievement
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus
- Positive, resilient, and curious, with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
