Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts and collaborate with Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound cadences to exceed monthly SQL quotas
- Perform deep account research to create tailored value propositions for various audiences
- Lead discovery conversations to quantify business impact and initiate multi-threaded sales cycles
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment
- Proven track record of SQL quota attainment and net new logo generation
- Experience with modern sales tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
- Fluency in sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Ability to coach peers and enhance team performance
