Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify sales opportunities while building relationships with key decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Build relationships with decision makers and set meetings with employers, health plans, consultants, and brokers
- Conduct research to identify new target accounts and collaborate with the marketing department on outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales development
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payers, employers, and providers
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with C-level executives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
