Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify sales opportunities while building relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision makers and set meetings with employers, health plans, consultants, and brokers
  • Conduct research to identify new target accounts and collaborate with the marketing department on outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales development
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payers, employers, and providers
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with C-level executives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
