Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to prospect inquiries through various communication channels
- Conduct outreach to families exploring educational options and convert leads into opportunities
- Document prospect interactions in CRM systems and manage consultation appointments
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in education, edtech, or SaaS
- Proven ability to close deals and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Must have a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download
