Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through various communication channels to introduce the Case Center product
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to advance them to appointments with Sales Executives
- Utilize creative outreach strategies to drive engagement and set appointments
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer-oriented roles
- Knowledge of the legal industry and judiciary processes is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is beneficial but not required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products
