Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support its sales organization by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound prospecting efforts through calls and emails, qualifying inbound leads, and scheduling pitch calls for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to track interactions and pipeline status while staying informed on industry trends
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve outreach strategies
Qualifications
- 6-12+ months of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to learn complex software and sales technology quickly
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly with Account Executives and cross-functional teams
- Financial literacy or a degree in Finance/Economics is a plus
- A "hunter" mentality with resilience in handling rejection and maintaining high activity levels
