Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Rep to support their sales team by prospecting and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new prospective customers and business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
  • Qualify leads via discovery calls and schedule meetings or product demos with Account Executives
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to make a high volume of calls daily
  • Ability to learn quickly in a technical domain
