Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative, Outbound (Europe).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects through outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to develop strategies for building the sales pipeline
- Utilize prospecting tools to research accounts and craft targeted messaging
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience, preferably in an outbound or SDR role
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (preferably Spanish, German, or French)
- Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems
- Collaborative mindset to share successful tactics with teammates
- Ambitious with a strong desire to achieve set quotas
