Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to ensure no lead is overlooked
  • Maximize lead-to-appointment rates and facilitate meetings with Account Executives
  • Research and prioritize accounts based on various insights and signals
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS; experience in security, identity, networking, or IT ops is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, plan effectively, and meet targets without constant supervision
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn GTM tools and network security concepts
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
