A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative for the CIS Market (Russian Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Russian-speaking markets and conduct disciplined outbound outreach
• Qualify initial conversations through clear discovery of client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and run a weekly operating cadence for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDR generating outbound pipeline for SaaS
• Fluent in Russian and strong English communication skills
• Strong discovery skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
• Comfortable with professional calls, follow-ups, and handling rejection
• Experience or familiarity with mobile game studios and monetization concepts is a plus
