Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop account plans with Sales Executives to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Proactively locate new accounts through research, cold calling, and prospecting techniques
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings for Sales Executives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of proven B2B experience in sales or business development
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology, including Salesforce
