Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account plans with Sales Executives to identify and qualify potential customers
- Proactively locate new accounts through research, cold calling, and prospecting techniques
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings for Sales Executives
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven B2B experience in sales or business development
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology, including Salesforce
