Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team and build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation by creating 6 qualified opportunities monthly through strategic prospecting
  • Execute high-volume outreach with 400+ weekly outbound activities across various channels
  • Research and engage with engineering leaders at high-growth technology companies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Technical curiosity and basic familiarity with developer tools or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms
  • Proven resilience and drive in quota-driven environments
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
