Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team and build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline generation by creating 6 qualified opportunities monthly through strategic prospecting
- Execute high-volume outreach with 400+ weekly outbound activities across various channels
- Research and engage with engineering leaders at high-growth technology companies
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Technical curiosity and basic familiarity with developer tools or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms
- Proven resilience and drive in quota-driven environments
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
