Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (US-Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage and coordinate outbound activities related to events, including follow-up strategies to nurture leads
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and share insights for team success


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health, or Hospice
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification metrics
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales organization
