Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive pre-pipeline growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and digital tools
  • Engage high-potential prospects via outbound channels including cold calls and tailored emails
  • Execute lead generation workflows and partner with Business Development Managers to accelerate pipeline results
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B environment; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and GTM platforms
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and team-oriented attitude
