Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline by prospecting and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
- Execute outbound strategies and collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings and maintain an accurate early-stage pipeline in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or selling to SMBs or mid-market customers
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting targets
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn sales fundamentals
