Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline by prospecting and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Execute outbound strategies and collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and maintain an accurate early-stage pipeline in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or selling to SMBs or mid-market customers
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting targets
  • Comfort using CRM and sales tools
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn sales fundamentals
