Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and map new buyer personas within existing customer accounts
  • Build targeted outbound campaigns focused on upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Generate qualified expansion conversations and meetings for Account Executives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Expansion
  • Ability to research and engage multiple stakeholders within a single account
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Comfortable running outbound motions with existing customers
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing own accounts
