Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expansion Sales Development Representative to drive revenue expansion within existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map new buyer personas within existing customer accounts
- Build targeted outbound campaigns focused on upselling and cross-selling
- Generate qualified expansion conversations and meetings for Account Executives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Expansion
- Ability to research, map, and engage multiple stakeholders within a single account
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Comfortable running outbound motions with existing customers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing own accounts
