Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pre-pipeline growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and digital tools
- Engage high-potential prospects via outbound channels, including cold calls and tailored emails
- Execute lead generation workflows and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B environment; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
