Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners and schedule qualified appointments
  • Deliver concise pitches about solar energy and document outcomes accurately
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment setting experience
  • Must reside in South Carolina
  • Full-time availability with a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
  • Must have a quiet home workspace and own equipment including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
