Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners and schedule qualified appointments
- Deliver concise pitches about solar energy and document outcomes accurately
- Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment setting experience
- Must reside in South Carolina
- Full-time availability with a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
- Must have a quiet home workspace and own equipment including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
