Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (French speaker).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using various channels to engage target accounts and qualify leads
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into meetings for the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably in an SDR or BDR position
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and a goal-driven attitude
  • Experience with CRMs and sales engagement tools
  • Knowledge of HR tech or B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for prospect research and productivity enhancement
