Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new sales opportunities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach to generate new opportunities
  • Identify key stakeholders and schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM and consistently meet activity and opportunity generation goals
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Motivated by results and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with outbound sales tools is a plus
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
